Project and context analysis
Following a high-level analysis, we better understand the scope of the transformation generated by the project as well as all the elements that could impact the project and its results. Then, we further analyze the anticipated impacts and the stakeholders affected by the project.
Throughout the different phases of the project, we support employees affected by the change by proposing fun, concrete and adapted activities according to the extent of the change, the urgency of the situation and their absorption capacity. Our goal is to allow employees to quickly grasp the benefits of the transformation and to adhere to it through concrete activities associated with the transformation.
We encourage you to focus on identifying and developing the key competencies of your leaders at the outset of a transformation project. We believe that these competencies are the differentiating elements of a successful transformation. As such, we work with you to develop a leadership mobilization strategy for the project.
